Headlight flash

Just noticed my head lights won't flash when they are up my full beam works when pushed forward.dont know if it's always been like that.(only had the car for over 10 years(

Try turning on the ignition then pull back the left lever

Yes, they should flash.
There were different configurations though: on some cars the driving lamps were wired to flash if the pods were down.
If the pods are up then either the main beams will flash, or the main beams and driving lamps.

Mine were as Wedg1e says..driving lights were for flash when the pods are down..other than that they would only come on when the pods were up with full beam on and front fog switch on....
