OK

At last the waiting is over - the Hotel has confirmed the booking and I have the booking reference number.

Date : Saturday 30th July 05.

Like last year, we are not posting the refence number here so if you are going you need to email me to let me know you are going. This is just so we know who is going and what models are expected - so we can plan the parking etc..

So - I need to know :

Who is going
Car Model
BBQ tickets at £10 each (Cheque's payable to me ..)
Staying at hotel (Fri/Sat) (£50 single, £60 Double)
- hotel is booked direct with hotel (but you need the reference number !)

That's it..

OK - who's going them

Count me in sarge (and the missus!). So thats us two attending with our blue 450SE.

We obviously book the hotel ourselves quoting the ref number which you will supply via e-mail but who do we pay for the BBQ???.

Last year we sent the dosh off to Neil & karen who organised it or do we also arrange this at the time of booking with the hotel?.

Alan,

Me and HQ will be there on Saturday for def, friday's an idea to be muted.

In case you've forgotten (junction 3 / 4 etc) it's a 400SE, it's cooper green, biscuit indoors, without SEAC spoiler and distinguishing features.....er....oh yes it has the "400SE" sticker on the left side of the boot just to be different.

Might catch up before then

I'll definitely be there but aren't sure about staying over as there is so much else going on in the weekends around it and I'm going to need a break at some point!!!
At least BBWF doesn't clash with anything!

So definitely going for at least one of the days.
Definitely put me down for a shirt.
I'll hold on the accom for the moment but I'm feeling like I might just go for it.....

I haven't forgotten about the article, please feel free to beam it over, as it is one article that I think that a lot of people would be interested in.

Duncan
I will force you to stay by nicking your wheels! You missed out last year by going early bigtime. You owe it to yourself to stay, come on fella I will even buy you a drink.

Just for clarity the Official BBWF polo shirts are still in the final design stage and orders will be taken on a seperate thread in plenty of time.

If you request a shirt on this thread you'll only have to do it again when they're ready!
