5 Spoke OZ locking hub bolt thing

I've just had new tyres fitted, and a couple of days later, I noticed one of my hub caps was loose. When I looked, the locking bolt affair has been replaced by a rusty screw.
This puts in the market for a replacement. It's a bit obscure, I realise, but if anyone happens to have such a thing lying in the bottom of a drawer, then I'm happy to negotiate a price.
It's for a 15" 5 spoke OZ, like used to come as an option on the 400 and above.
