Jeff Morgan, (if he is still alive from his 200foot abseil yesterday) will be organising a rafle and shaking buckets at us for the Cistic Fibrosis Trust.

Much more sensible to drink from than those "plastic pint pots" that always crack - and you spend less time going to the bar!!

Seriously though does anyone know how Jeff got on yesterday? Hope he`s still in one piece.

Yep, all OK. Harness has lifted me voice a bit and I can confirm gravity still works.

Jeff - I thought you were absailing down a steep cliff..

Not just going for a walk aided by a rope - that shot could be of anyone (I'm thinking Dickymint leaving a pub after a Sunday afternoon session - the rope being to keep him verticle)

As you can see from the grin, it is quite clearly me

In all honesty I wasn't sure exactly how steep it was until I got there.
