I`ve got a bu**erd f/o/s shock but having driven all round Brecon and down to Cardiff once and then to the Forest of Dean & back with it sqeaking & sqwuaking I guess I could still manage a bit of a run on Sunday provided I can get back home before 5:30 - keep me posted.

Simon & Lynne are up for a run, so is Dicky & Sam, Me and Elaine and I heven't heard from Wyn as he has gone to ground! - Show yourself that man.

Jeff and Linda canot make it as they have family over.

Sundays the day; go for a blast someplace maybe some chicken and for a blast.

Dicky is having a think of where to go. I know Brecon Jazz festival is on and that effectively closes Brecon off which is a shame as it was rather amusing rumbling around the town centre the other day infront of all the 'civilians'.
