Adam, the one I got was from HHC in Harrogate. It has a rectangular base and the 'bellows' is offset to one end.
Moulded into the top face it has something like '1.6 Petrol' at one end and '1.8 Diesel' at the other.
Must have been a slight difference in the position of the shift so the gaiter was reversible.
Looks like yours has had the top of the upright bit cut off; mine has a tapered top that's a snug fit round the gearstick.
