Gonna be having a serious cleaning and polishing session this weekend. Am planning on getting the Autosol out and applying along with much elbow grease!!

Is this the best thing I can use to polish OZ split rims or are there any alternatives out there.....

many thanks....

I used a buffing wheel, they came a treat, better than any cleaning agents.

My boy has got one of them, wonder if I can try it and then put it back without him noticing? ;-)

electric toothbrush or a drill mounted polishing cloth (£4 from B & Q). use lots of autosol & water. Very messy job. OZ allows are lacquered too, so there is a good chance you will remove the lacquer too. You can get spray lacquer from Halfrauds, but dont know if its compatible with alluminium without the need to use an etching primer.
