Had a go at the wedge wiring on the weekend. What an absolute abortion !!!...
Anyone know of anyone who can build vehicle wiring looms from scratch ?
Due to accident repair and headlight replacment / modifications over the years, the wiring in the front of the car is shot to bits. The plastic connectors are useless, the old colour codes are also useless, the wires are becomming brittle and breaking down...
Factory no use any more, Havn't called tvrcar parts yet, will probably get around to it sometime.

You can get most of the connectors (or suitable replacements) and wire in a myriad of colours from Vehicle Wiring Products.
I made a new injection loom for my car, cost about £60 in bits, and that was reusing the ECU and resistor pack connector housings 'cos VWP don't list them.
I also bought more cable than I needed (4m of each; 2-2.5 would have done it).
