Alloys refurb Wales?

Hi,

I am looking for a local company that will refurbish my 350i 15inch lattice pattern alloys.

Centres to be body colour and outside to be highly polished!

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

Article on the website. Better off having them painted as opposed to polishing them.

They occasioally come up pre refurbished on ebay, keep an eye out.

Basically anything to do with trim, shiney bits, hoods, carpets, leather or veneer on these car is gonna be expensive.

Can you polish in between the tight spokes on the lattice wheels? i doubt that you could get the polishing head in between the spokes.

Also when the wheels are polished unless you get 'em laquered you gotta clean 'em every time you go out in the car otherwise it wont last long.

Polishing looks good on the 400SE type alloys, you probably need somebody to split the rims though and put 'em back together again properly before any polishing can be done.

Years ago I did find firm that would blast them off and paint but the whole wheel would be the same colour. They would also dress minor damage and were mobile. £50 quid a wheel. They would come to your house in a big van, you have the wheels ready and they would get on with it.

Didn't use them in the end, sorted the wheels by buying a 400.]

I've got just the tool for cleaning in between the spokes. It's a school test tube cleaner and it fits perfectly between the spokes. You can clean a wheel thoroughly in a couple of mins. When we meet up for a blast I'll bring it along.
