So, does anyone know where I can get replacement Rod ends for the traling link stubs on the 'A' frame style rear suspension ? I noticed in the parts catalogue, that there are supposed to be bushings at each end of this link, is this a TVR modification?

Also. I need help locating some 6 1/2 1/2 UNC bolts - for the Wishbone to rear hub any ideas ?

You could try a fasteners supplier for the bolts...

I got some with the uprated bushes I bought from Wedge Automotive (RT) a few years back. Try them

A-ha,

well, 6 1/2 inch imperial bolts are made from Unobtainium. I had 6 inch UNF on the car, which is not appropriate, as the nylocks do not engage. I have now found a local supplier who has 6 inch UNC in stock, and the nylocks are _just_ a bit thinner so they should just engage on the last bit of thread. The complete set of High Tensile rear end bolts came to £6. But I had to cycle 24 miles to get them!

If you're worried about the nylocks you should also loktite them. I would suggest a split pin but then you'd need a diamond drill bit to get through the steel....
