Hi again guys ! Am Just about to changs the clutch on my 1989 350i (along with the gearbox and one exhaust manifold)! Does anyone have any recommendations ? also what was standard ? and was it good enough ? thanks

As far as I'm aware its std Rover sd1 thats whats in mine and it copes fine with 270 Bhp for the last 140K miles

It is a little heavy mind

THe clutch I fitted on my 400 SE was a :

Borg & Beck : HK6076 (3 in 1 kit) 241 mm plate
23 teeth on friction plate.

It was a good one..
