Chimaera heater controls

Can the Chimaera heater 'wheels' be fitted in place of the 350 wedge ones?

I just had a look at a cutaway photo that TVR had in one of their brochures. The wheels do look similar to the Wedge ones, with a bolt in the centre etc etc. They would need to be cut about a bit though - the Wedge ones aren't fully round, but more a half moon shape with a plastic strip on the back to operate the linkage.

The Chim ones are also mechanical and operate a cable to the various valves etc, so I dont see why they couldn't be made to work if you cut them and add the strip. Not a direct replacement though!
