Selling my 400
Discussion
Nick,
It doesn't matter what 'she' says, what is more important is what 'the little one' thinks. My wife hates the 450 but my daughter loves going out in it and my son seemed to as well (first time a couple of weeks ago).
Here's the 'before' shot:
And the 'after' one. First person to ever fall asleep in it

Cirks is right. Wedges are great daddy cars. My 3 year old son always falls asleep in the wedge and he has done this since he was knee high to an O.Z. centre cap. This gave me the chance to take the wedge for a blast and give the wife some time to herself. Everyone happy !!
I think the sleep thing comes from one of two things:-
1/ I'm a boring driver.
2/ V8's are soothing for the soul !!
So don't sell the wedge Nick, you'll need it for parenting reasons and if you are having sleepless nights get the wedge out and all your neighbours can have sleepless nights too !!

I have to say though, that (even steering with my thumb) the other day I managed to beat him. He was NOT amused ![]()
Graham, what sort of example is that to set your son? When he gets bigger he'll be cruising the streets in his Max Powered Nova steering with just his thumb....I really don't know what has happened to parenting skills these days

in the case of mine, it's always possible that Adam was 'knocked out' by the petrol fumes from the carbs rather than just falling asleep
Or he caught sight of the flames coming out of your exhaust and passed out with fright.
My three year old lad is going to get me banned from driving. He likes the noise so much, he tells me to go faster all the time, and, of course, I'm only too happy to oblige.

No no no!
He hates chavs with a vengeance, and nothing to do with anything I've said.
The boy actually has taste, and would rather his poor old dad would buy an expensive exotic.
At least it would be of some use to me too, unlike all of the Hamsters, Guineapigs, etc, that I am saddled with after his interest wanes.

...but will you be complaining when he starts on the young ladies...?
