oil pressure switch 350i
Discussion
Well having bought my first TVR but already having a Lotus thought I new what to expect. The oil pressure switch has gone totally US. Light comes on with 45psi, goes off when stopped you name it I've seen the combination in the last weeks. After the initial panic I think the flashing light effects may catch on but thought I would purchase a new switch.
The problem is which one its an 89 car but nowhere appears to now if I need a TR8 or single prong Range Rover or even what the difference is. Any help would be appreciated.
thanks
Phil

Well I wouldn't get too gloomy about it!
As a fellow Lotus/ TVR owner I know what you mean though...
I don't think the exact switch is all that critical; you need something with the right thread obviously... as long as the pressure gauge is working at least you have some indication of what's going on!
