I've fixed it!

Ok I've traced the poor running fault to a loose AFM screw. I wound it in at least 10 turns!

Has anyone else experienced this? I was thinking of taping over the screw thread to make it a tighter fit or possibly dropping a bit of superglue down there to hold it in place.

I think I've used thread lock before, plus a rubber bung on top should stop it moving

bit of PTFE tape would be fine. Good onya for finding it

Crap, it's broke again

Well idles lumpy when cold, but once you start driving it's fine until it gets up to temperature then splutters and dies if the revs drop below 2000.

Might try resetting the ECU........................

Don't really know anyone close to me.

Will probably have to take it down to my local TVR dealer again.

Getting a bit annoyed with it as I know it's probably something simple but there are so many little things that could cause this.

I've spent the best part of a grand on it now and just want to enjoy it!
