Autostyle mats

Going to be replacing the mats in the wedge at the end of this month and just wondering if anyone has got some of these mats already. Would really like to know if they fit properly in the foot wells after my couple of near death experiences with the throttle jamming open with the current mats

I'd also like to know how people have fared with these mats as I am preparing to order a set for my wedge.

I've got some now, excellent quality. Will take some photos when it is dry. They go so far up into the footwell I can't see any way the throttle pedal could get stuck behind them.

When we had some house carpets done, extra carpet was bound to make mats. Wonder if there is scope to use a suitable carpet and cut it to fit the footwell and get it bound?

I went to Hungerford for a quote back last year, within minutes Les and his assisant were in the footwells using large sheets of brown paper to make templates. After 10 minutes, and the price was right, had two foot mats made, each with heeler pads, TVR logo etched into their finest quality dark blue coloured mats and trimmed with beige leathertte piping to match the seats. And if that wasn't enough, they even made the first 'TVR' mat for the rear behind the seats, again with a TVR logo etched in. I have recommend a few people from this site for them. Conclusion - such a cheap and effective way to make an nice interior make over for the 16 year old car. Good Luck

I've just done that - cost £25 for 2 mats and the rear mat on the parcel shelf - looks good too.
