I was told by the previous owner that my 400 se was imperial yellow and as an ex car painter over 20 years never touched a tvr dont know why maybe someone can enlighten me do tvr have their own colours or are they the same as ford /rover / blah blah imperial yellow.

I think the paint code is, or part of, the body code reference number on the chassis / engine number plate on the inner wing.

Somebody please correct me if I'm wrong.
I'd hate you to touch the car up with 'chocolate brown'!
