Noisy heater

Morning all,

Decided to try and sort out my noisy heater fan today. Works fine on both speeds but makes a noise, almost like the fan is catching on something when it's spinning. Just wondering if anyone knows the easiest way to get to it to try and see whats up with it.

The fan motor is behind the dash.
Unfortunately, its a dash out job (only lower dash on a 350i).
Easy enough to do / look at mind. Pretty self explanitary as you take it apart.
