Technical info please!!

I cant find the torque settings for the mains and big ends on my 87 350i, would'nt be a problem tomorrow but i want to start building it back up tonight, can any one help?..

The Haynes manual I have for the Rover 3500 V8 up to 1987 gives the following;

Main Bearing cap bolts (one to four) 55 lbf ft / 75 Nm

Rear main bearing cap bolts 70 lbf ft / 95 Nm

Big-end bearing cap bolts 35 lbf ft / 47 Nm

Any good?

Now where did i put that torque wrench..

Don't forget to put some sealant on the rear cap where it joins the block and you also trim a bit of the cruciform seals but leave some standing proud.
