Hi,
Not an easy one this! Try Steve Heath's Wedge book (Amazon, Car Club will sell it) thought he wiring does vary from period of build. E mail me a fax number and I'll send the one which was loose in my 400's handbook then this plus Steve's book, imagination and swearing may get you through any wiring problems.
