Big Bad Wedge Festival 2007 Charity Collection

Well I am delighted to inform you that through our various efforts we managed to raise some £662.56
for The British Heart Foundation over the weekend
woohoowoohoowoohoo

So I would just like to extend my thanks to all my fellow organisers and helpers on the day (far too many to mention here but you all know who you are) who contributed their ideas, time, blood sweat and tears into coming up with, and running, the competitions, raffle etc., and also members of the trade who donated prizes, the guys at Nova Tech who kindly waived their normal rolling road hire charges and also donated a raffle prize.

Thanks to you all - and last and by no means least a very big thank you to everyone who dipped into their pocket and made a donation on the day

She now has a family of her own. I also lost my father th heart diseaes. Drop me a line so i can send a cheque for the relavnt amount of money. I wish i could push it upto a grand but i have head gaskets to buy.

Come on guys. 80 cars at the weekend. So for the price of a pint or a bottle of water at Ettington bar this could quite easily be £1000.

It should only take a PO made out to the British Heart Foundation.

Well done Ian

Guys many thanks for the very kind offer of yet more donations - and all will be gratefully received

If you can just hold fire for a day or so I will just check with the BHF how best to make your donation as they can claim a further 22% or so back from Gordons Goverment in certain circumstances.
I will post details here later today.

You can do it online at http://www.bhf.org.uk and if you tick the "I pay tax" box they can get the 22% back as well.

Even though I missed BBWF frown I have just gone online and donated £10 - which is what I have saved so far since giving up smoking at the weekend smile
