Ok,
I've spent 2 hours looking over the wiring diagram, and it looks like the only things that affect the pods are
Fuses
HL Control relay (this tells the pods to go up/down
LH and RH Relays (Relays for left and right motors.)
And the diode.

If you have no pods
It will be the HL control relay or fuse.

If you only have left or right
Will be Fuse or left / right relay.

If you only have pods on side lights
The it will be the switch or Diode.

high side of diode ->|- low side of diode. these should goto earth.

5 + 6 = fuel pump and injectors
7 = LH lift
8 = dip beam
9 = drivers lamp
10 = engine fan
11 = RED not a RELAY
12 = Boot lock

7 = Fuel pump 20 amp

8 = dip 20 amp
9 = HL control 20 amp
10 = RH lights + internal lights 20 amp
11 = Hoop Light + indicators 10 amp
12 = RH windows 30 amp
13 = Hazards 20 amp
14 = Rev counter and red relay 30 amp

15 = Dip 20 amp
16 = Dim Dip Module 20 amp
17 = Reverse + Stop 10 amp
18 = Wash + wipe 15 amp
19 = LH Window 30 amp
20 = Engine Fan 30 amp
21 = HL control 10 amp

Please and or correct anything I have missed.

Going to test the diode, as lights only up on side lights.

Leigh - I've had a search through your other posts but can't find your symptons. Can you remind us what they are?

Some cars have the relays laid out differently.
Also some cars have fog or driving lamps tied into the flash circuit.
Then there's the flash timer that keeps the pods up: some cars have it, most don't...

Many faults can be caused by corrosion in connectors nowhere near the faulty item.

My problem was pods was working on side lights but not main.
It was the diode in the end.

I agree that a lot of the problems are due to coroded or faulty connectors.
But if the pods work on side then they should work on main. as they use 90% of the same wires.

I also know that there a lot of varations of relay and fuse layouts.
but it may help some one.

Plus there is prob. only 2 or 3 main types and a few odd ones.
So if other can post there's it will can only help.

Where I have put FOG that for the rear fog.

Front fog / Driving / Flashers are listed as main I think. (will have to double check)
