Wedge Bushes

I need to do the big front tie bar bushes, so I thought I'd re-do the lot.

Had mixed reports about poly and standard rubber.

Any thoughts and supplier info would be handy.

I used Powerflex Poly (Purple ones) for the tie bar and ARB, seem fine, and even Richard Thorpe says that they're OK for that application.

Can't remember where I got them from , but Google is your friend

The guy who did the talk said where but like a knob I forgot.

Can't do a google untill I know all the sizes, would prefer to pay a little exra and get a set I know will just fit.

I allready have all the bolts for the rear, plus new SH coil over's and springs, for front and back. and drop links.

i don't think I'll do them till winter tho.

But if you have the SH ARB drop links do you still need bushes.

Depends on the bushes, you'll still need the ARB to Chassis bushes, but not the drop link bushes.

Also I asume the price is each when it say's 1 of 2.

Yep, it was a lemans addition last year. It was matts idea for the website name as well. Darn cleaver these young chaps!

Yup I ordered the following to refurb the ARB / tie bar.

2 x SPF0046 - Tie Bar
2 x SPF1450/25 - ARB to Chassis
4 x SPF2950 - ARB link lower
2 x SPF1089/16 - ARB Upper

OF course if you're using the Steve Heath drop links then the SPF2950 and SPF1089/16's can be omitted.
