How do i post a picture?

Ok Help needed by technophobe!
How do you post a picture in a forum thread. I know this has been covered b4, but the search function was as much use to me as a chocolate fireguard?
I asssume you host the piccy somewhere else and link to it??

You also need somewhere to host them. I use photobucket

Create an account. use the site features to locate the picture on your puter. Upload it. Then there are several options with each picture once it has uploaded. Choose the appropriate like direct link and copy it. Then paste it inbetween the brackets above.

yep oops indeed but the idea of a supercharged seac does excite me.
i am at a car crossroads tvr no mans land not sure what to do i know most of you will say wedge but i also have been looking at griff/chim 400/500 lotus elise? and a bmw z3m roadster? but really dont know what to do.
i am not going to rush but when you do see something nice it is hard to take a step back,are the griffs really worthy of the name grief? have seen a nice chim on the classifieds i am very intrested in is that really treason? any one with some input from owning any of these cars would be nice bmw seems quick but also a bit boring i think the lotus is fun but more then an hour in it could be hard work help me out guys.
