Slightly louder system

How do I make her louder without reducing power , smaller silencer perhaps , any ideas , I really need 126db's to beat Rev .

Put a second RV8 in the boot with no silencing.
Ok: just kidding ;-)
I am still at maximum 100dB, but UK type exhaust is available for fitting (if only I would do that, but driving and fixing things like the brake master cylinder now, always gets in the way).

And how does the saying go: quality before quantity? Prefer a nice RV8 burble anytime over anything non-pleasant/painfull to the ears.

How did you make your's 125.5 Rev , or is it top secret !

Opened the silencer ..

replaced the perforated tube with a stainless section (2.5 inch) and replaced the baffle chamber with perforated tube.

Trouble is - it was loud but not a great sound..

At low revs - it just sounded rubbish..

Balance between not reducing power , enough db's and sounding not too harsh , smaller silencer is looking the way to go .
