rubber rubbing strip around back end

i hv a north american 280i. does anyone know where the rubber strip around the back end came from. the metal strips that lock it onto the body have rusted away and I would like to find something to replace them. The farthest forward one on the right side is no longer in enough pieces in order to know what it looked like to make a copy.
