Track rod locking nuts

Does anyone know what size the track rod lock nuts are? Moreover, are they really needed??

The internal thread is M14 by 2.Tempus

No idea, I don't have a Wedge. Can't you just measure it? (I assume the tre is off at the moment, or you're planning to take it off to fit the lock nut.)
