400se/450se or Seac wanted
Discussion
I just thought i'd give a heads up that me and my dad may well be joining you lot soon.
We need some spare cash so think a wedge is the way forward!
I want a 420seac
Dad isn't fussed, i'd be happy with a 400se that's got a few bits done to it. A 450se as i'm in love with Darrens! or a Seac of any kind! i love them!
One problem though is we still have a Tuscan, so if any of you lot would like a Tuscan and you have one of the above gimme' a shout! As i'm desperate for one now!
Cheers,
Dan

Good decision Dan!
There is a nice lookin' 450se on the classifides.
I know Greg the selling is after a Tuscan.
Talk to him nicely and you might be able to swap with each other!

Anyone know anything about the 450 above?
Not a great deal.
Anyone know anything about the 450 above?
I can tell you that this one was at the TVR centre in Barnett for quite some time and in that time had a new clutch (approx 18 monts ago).
I know Greg has not had the car long.
Maybe this will jog some memories of others who may well know the car.
What year is your Dads Tuscan Dan? I'm after a 51 plate with recent engine rebuild, suspension set-up etc. I could be interested.
I should really sell the Chim first, but if the money was right...
Lee, why a 51 plate?
It's a X (december 2000) engine done to red-rose spec 2500 miles ago, suspensions has no niggles as was set-up professionaly around 8 months ago. May benifit even more with a set of uprated shocks! Handles well for a tusc' though, alot are poor if not set-up right!
You're welcome to come and have a look anyways? free Sunday

You at Merriden on Sunday?
I wanted a 51 plate as in 2001, brakes were upgraded and a few other bits and pieces changed on them (or so I have been told).
Any joy with Greg and the 450se?

The brakes are sharp as anything, thought they all were just the Big AP's?
Don't think much was or could have been changed? I know some v/w reg ones were prototypes.
