I was tinkering at the weekend and decided that I would finally disconnect the throttle 'hot-spot' thingymebob as I have seen mention on here several times. So, off with the plenum cover and, as I know deetes had a loose trumpet issue a while back, I checked mine... 2 loose and another came out in my hand! I know you have to use high temperature epoxy, but can anyone recommend a particular type and what the best proceedure for re-gluing?

eesbad,
I'll look for the details on the stuff I used, but another option was recommended, to me, by Tim at ACT. It's Loctite bearing lock. This is supposed to be OK if they're not too loose and it probably doesn't require heat to cure, which the stuff I used does.

Permabond ES550 is the stuff I used, but it needed curing at 130 C in the oven and it made quite a smell. Fortunately my better half is very understanding.

http://www.permabond.co.uk/ Here's a linky doodah to there website.

Good luck
