Was at the northants Tvr meet last night , a real countach , 5L v8 , classic wedge ! Note the mullet on the chim ! Must be perminently up as last night was as good as it gets !

You sure it wasn't a kit car with a genuine badge? Has been known to happen you know......

Think there is a style- line down the side of the Chim and the door handle/catch looks different. (anorak, i know..!)

One reason I've never bought a Chim/Griff....hate that odd 'hole' between front wing and door... just don't look right. I'm sure plenty love it though.

That's because they couldn't get the panel fit right, so they just made a big hole! According to one of the ex-TVR stylists anyway! smile

If that really had a v8 then it was a fake - Lambo's had v12 engineswink

5 litre v12 , you are correct , yes it did have the v12 , definitely a real one , the couple sold their unreliable Sag. for this dream machine !
