It's good that we love our cars and keep them going; mostly in fine condition - even now with the passing of TreVoR himself.

Whilst others may have developed the company (and wrecked it!) and a variety of cars over the years it is to the founder that the inspiration belongs.

THe 400SX seems to keep itself going - just passed the MOT, only 'work' needed was 2 new front tyres.

That's 2 years in a row pass first time!

The 450 really couldn't be better looked after at the mo'.

I've never put so much time into any of the TVRs my dad's ha before, the chimaera i love and spent hours on, the cerb i never stopped polishing, likewise the tuscan, but the wedge, it's just different! i actually get it up on axle stands cleaning the chassis and polishing the exhaust system! hehe I'm a saddo, but there's just something about the wedge! cloud9

I have been thinking of scrapping my 280i.
I didnt want to scrap her but now I feel it would be criminal.
Problem is I have no time and all my money is going on my Tuscan.
She looks pretty sad at the moment.

Main problem is my office is in Germany and I cover North America so I only get home about 90 days a year.
Not a great deal wrong with my wedge realy.
exhaust, new tyres, new battery, some play in the steering to fix but then havnt turned the engine over for 5 years.
She got neglected when I got my Chimaera and now the Tuscan.
I will have a look at her when I get home next week.

I just got round to copying an old photo of my 280i.
Taken in Switzerland in 2000.
Always liked this picture.

Possibly even more rare than a Chimaera with a refurbished chassis.

Well I got my 400SE back on the road after 6 year.
Plus have fully restored a Tasmin Race car, so that should last another 20 year's unless I have a serious crash.
