Front Suspension Tasmin
Discussion
I would like to start to rebuild the front suspension on my Tasmin 280i (1982) I could do with some advice on where best to get some Poly Bushes for the upper and lower wishbones and any rough ideas on cost / part numbers. Any advice on things to look out for when taking the suspension apart would also be gratefully recieved.

Follow the Steve Heath bible and it's farly straight forward.
You need a threaded bar & bits to use a spring compressor - space is limited
for normal compressors.
Poly bushes, bolt kit and compressor all available from SPub or bushes direct from superflex and bar / bits from B&Q and make your own (I paid more direct from SFlex than SPub kit price)

Estate Discs are vented, therefore you need to fit the wider estate calipers aswell, they have a bigger piston area so you may have to adjust the servo to get the right pedal feel - I was lucky and mine bolted straight on and were good to go, only adjustment required was to trim a bit of the back plate to get the caliper to fit, tin snips did mine!
