to Tim Lamont at ACT Products and whoever at JP Exhausts. A s/s swan neck ordered from Tim arrived damaged. A Sunday evening email to Tim was answered and a replacement swan neck arrived direct from JP on Tuesday. Tim has offered to arrange pick-up of the damaged swan neck. Now that's what I call service - Streaky

I live near to JP and the odd thing is that it's also cheaper to buy through Tim.
