Yes I know it's called Roar08 now but Chimpfest seems to suit Chimearas better somehow
A roar is what comes out of a wedge exhaust at maximum warp IMHO

Anyway it's at at the Great Western Hotel in Disley just south of Manchester
and there is plenty of details about on PH

I thought I might have a run over in the 400 if I can get past the Border Guards
on the Yorks/Lancs border (and my innoculations are up to date)

A few Wedges might just add a bit of class and certainly wake them up a bit

As I have a foot in both camps, I'll be there...organising the treasure hunt. See the Chim Forum for details. Wedgers welcome.

Darren & I have gone to the last 3 Lidfests but I think we evil scared them a little, what with the noise ears and the roof off driving they would`nt play with us getmecoat so we`re not bothering this year Dickie.

Hopefully I will uphold the tradition of most noise coming from the Wedge area, Steve

I suppose Darren is still under the thumb and not allowed to play out with the rough boys?

..........Last time I had one of 'em flags in me 450, me and the boy ended up burning it in the back garden (the flag not the car).......I considered cutting it up into small pieces and mailing it back to the person we nicked it off over a period of weeks, but ended up torching it instead! - Now thats a good wind up ;-)

Don't you get tried for treason for burning the British Flag?
Either that or to get humiliated by the English at the Tug o War
Can't quite remember which one it should be - or both
