It looks like the rear bumper from a 420SEAC i think but having said that it could well be a std 350i bumper.
Would have thought with the extra flaring of the 400 arches it may be SEAC moulding cut down to fit, although looking at a SEAC proper the bumper is integrally moulded into the rear end where this is def a separate moulding.
Could be any number of reasons for its fitment.... Could have been there from new as specified by original owner...
Could be a replacement for a damaged original......
