Seat Belt Fittings

What originally held the plastic seat belt bezels in place? (I refer to the plastic trim where the belt goes into the side of the car and take up reel.) Mine have come loose and ride up, twisting the belt and jamming against the right angle pivot piece. I have resorted to a clip but have extra belt flapping round and getting jammed between the seat and the door.

Is there a solution? (I'd post a picture can't figure that out.) Grady

A quick squirt os super glue solved a similar problem on mine.
