I took a couple of nice pics plus got some nice HD video of the cars arriving at the pub this lunchtime, so drop me a mail if you're collating stuff.

A few people were asking me about the dvd playing in the background. This was what I took last year whilst standing on top of the WSV

Now I could try and do a DVD this year and include that footage along with anyones elses if they wish. (I did not get time to even switch the video cam on this year)

So if peeps thinks they would like this let me know and I'll organise an address to post out your films / pics on cd /dvd to.

If we start this rolling now you might get something back in your Christmas stocking to warm up the winter nights yikes

OK. Seeing as I shot all mine in RAW and are around 8mb a pic, what would be the preferred size and I assume jpeg? My thinking is I get mine all the right size and washed and cropped in photoshop so all someone has to do is bung it in a DVD? Pictures anyway.

Are you saying you took over 600 piccies and won't all fit on 1 DVD yikes

I'm sure whatever format you send them in I should be able to convert to JPG. Now where's my copy of paint smile

I was thinking more along the lines of keeping work to a minimum for whoever would be kind enough to step into the breach. I don't have any software for making DVD like this, only @rsing around with the pictures.
No problem in sending them as is on my part.

ETA 831mb in total. Probably one or two gash ones in there.

Do many DVD playes play RAW pics? Probably not - for the convenience of peeps using DVD players, jpegs would probably be better.

My videos are in avi format (at the moment - they can be converted if necessary).

As well as all the pictures you all took we had 2 'official BBWF' photographers & the Professional car photograper who did 2 photo shoots of a 400se & 350i.
I think there are 300ish of the atmosphere, party, and Sunday run out & bucket loads of the cars.
We will look at the best way of creating a DVD or similar over the next few weeks and let you all when that is finalised. It sounds like we may be able to collect some more from others, add them to the DVD.
