Blaine me thinks Landrover or MGRV8 would be your best bet, I would start with Landrover. You could always make one.

In the good old days we used a section of Cornflake packet, smeared with grease

Lost count of the number of thermostat housings I've used that one on...

If thickness is not an issue, you can still get gasket paper if you don't like cornflakes.

bought a nice kit of gasket paper and a set of punches of fleabay, its great and has already gotten me out of the st on a Sunday afternoon.

why not get the real deal? they're cheap enough. I got a new rubber o-ring & gasket 2 years ago no problems. pretty sure neil @ TVR car parts got them for me. if not TVR power definitely have them
