Gel coat

Does anyone know if the factory used a particular gel coat colour for the wedges? My 400SE is white and the plate in the engine bay says it should be white, but there are signs of blue colour under the white on various places on the front end. Strangely, this blue colour even appears under the rivet heads that hold the metal mesh on the front aperture. It doesn't look like the mesh has ever been changed, so I wonder if this blue could be the gel coat colour?

Maybe the car should have been blue then changed at the factory.this is tvr remember .lol

Every photo I've seen of bare shells at the factory they were 'natural', no coloured Gel Coat?
