Hi everyone need your help popups lights not working.does anyone know which wires on the motors I can take a volt reading from. relays good fuses good switch seems OK.

I have heard that submerging the motor in a bucket of oil so it soaks in, works wonders (no need to dismantle).

I'd be a bit cautious about that Adam, the gearwheel and (sometimes) the endfloat pad are made of Nylon which doesn't like mineral oils.

I can’t imagine the motor commutator or carbon brushes would thank you for that either. The carbon reside of old and new would end up in a gloopy paste.
