Painting a glassfirbre car.

I'm looking at either painting or wrapping my car come this March, if I go down the route of painting has anyone got any recommendations for experienced paint shops with glassfirbre cars around the Maldon/Chelmsford area? I'm looking at spending around £2K probably for the same colour (red), does this sound feasable?

i know a guy who is based in barleylands who would easily do for that cost, he has painted 2 subaru's (just front ends) my tuscan and lots of friends subaru's over the last few years. can be contacted on Jason 01268 272777

If you are prepared to travel to Basildon (Burnt Mills) my paint man is very good with fibreglass cars. He works on quite a few Lotus and TVR's and has just tidied up my front end to perfect condition after a little disagreement with the barriers at Snetterton in November.

I am fairly certain for a prep and spray in the same colour he would be able to fit inside your cost level.

Thanks for the replies guys, I'll be contacting them next month for an estimate for prep and respray in either the same colour, solid red or maybe metallic.............
