Reputable engine builder in Essex

I'm looking for a good engine builder in or around Essex, I don't mind traveling outside to find the right person/company but would prefer Essex based if possible.

My requirements are they need to be able to balance the components (crank, rods, piston, flywheel and clutch) carry out any machining on the block and head, valves etc... if necessary and they must know there ass from there elbows when it comes to assembling a good engine.

I'm really struggling to find someone so though I'd ask here for some advice.
