M25 - Kent into Essex

I've just come from Essex into Kent and wanted to let people know that there are bad queues leading up to the tolls. Queues are back to about junction 3. Not sure of the problem; suspect they may have been holding traffic at the tolls for some reason but all tolls seemed operational now.
