I dont know if anyone else has noticed but every morning this week, and a few nights as well, there has been a camera van parked up in the Esso service station. Its been parked up by the pricing sign but i've never seen it parked in a position where it could film etc.

Seen them at the bottom of BlueBell hill approx ten times now over the last few months.Almost always in the afternoon.Good job too I say.I use that route regularly and it's always shut due to terrible accidents ^

^ sarcasm

Also saw them on the North bound A21(Tonbridge/Sevenoaks bypass) today. They were hidden ^ on a gradual curve.

^ Fleecing/making up for cut-backs etc

Strange how you never see them sitting outside schools isn't it, can't for a minute think why scratchchin

Having said that, all those kids I keep seeing kicking their footballs balls and running onto dual carriageways lately, it's becoming a proper nightmare for normally perfectly safe drivers minding their own business. Yesterday on Blue Bell hill it was more like a milteray obsticle course dodging all those pesky footballs.......I blame the parents !

There was a speed trap one evening last week on Blue Bell where the van often sits. It was dark and we didn't see it until we reached the roundabout.

50 thousand miles a year and the last time I see a speed trap or scamera van in a 30 limit as opposed to safe dual carriage ways or motorways must be at least 3 or 4 years ago and that was just the once in Sawbridgeworth.

That's not a scamera van. It is the local stations neighbourhood van. Hasn't nothing to do with speeding and doesn't have the camera's for capturing offenders. If you look at it as you go past, you will see there is no one in it.
