We've got a variation of these in yellow in Kent: "Picking up your litter puts road workers lives at risk".

I must admit, in a blonde moment early the first morning when I saw that I thought "Are they asking us not to pick up our own litter to keep the litterpickers in a job?!". Then I realised and felt like a plum.
