Anyone near Frensham Ponds?

My first post in this forum, a bit far from my home
Hoping to come to England this year, maybe catch PistonFest... Most likely will be based at my Brother's in lovely rural Surrey (sort of between Godalming & Frensham)
Hope to catch a few PH events; curries & beers and of course (but not in that order )

Anyway, it's Australia Day here, just finished work (yes working on a pubic holiday),
About to have another Pimms ( not very Oz of me)

In Franham about 5 miles away from Frensham ponds and went to school in Frensham. Nice part of the world.

I'm in Farnham too, but I can't drive yet.

I am just outside Farnham. Frensham is a nice area, some nice roads, nice country pubs serving good food, excellent in the summer.

Frensham ponds itself is a nice visit/place to drive the car to/beer in hotel/walkaround.

Gets busy in the summer...
