Autosport Directory missed Dare

I was going through my Autosport directory (arrives late in the USA) and did not see any reference to Dare, but did see Ginetta.

Also, no contact information regarding the GOC.

Why was Dare/GOC omitted?

Don't you have to either pay or submit your details to be in the Autosprout Directory?
