Focus question

I have an x reg Focus 1600 zetec and have been told by a garage that its missing a cover that covers the top of the HT leads and tops of the spark plugs (fits between the camshaft housing on the cylinder head). Would be helpful if anyone could confirm whether this is true. At present getting a lot of water sitting around the base of the plugs making starting an issue!

Same 1600 engine, mine doesn't have a cover, there maybe one available though?

I never had one on mine, no problems in 50,000 miles, car was always parked outside overnight.
