Focus 2.0 Traction control prob
Discussion
Hi ive got a w reg 2.0 focus ghia, ive recently swaped the std 15 inch alloys for 17 inch, ever since the traction control system wont let the car exceed 35/40 mph in any gear at any revs, so ive got to drive with it switched off, obviously the problem is related to the wheels getting bigger and possibly something to do with calibration of speed sensors? Has anyone heard of this or had this prob? and if so is it fixable? I could really do with a working t/c system at this time of year!

would suggest the ABS sensor has been damaged during changing the wheels. when the lights are on get it on some diagnostics and find out which wheel sensor it is...Gassing Station | Ford | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
