Just wondering if anyone can diagnose this before I get skinned at a garage. Car was parked for about 30 seconds last night jumped back in and turned the key and it just makes a ticking noise in the passanger foot. Can hear the fans or somthing like motors sound all blocked up under the dash. The fans don't work and if you try them it keeps rebooting the system. The batt oil and ebgine light come up too. Any ideas?
